SINGLE SESSION

During the Post Skills Clinic, players will focus on improving Footwork, Passing, Rebounding, Defense, Basketball IQ, and Positioning – as well as focused High Post and Low Post Skills.

The clinic is for grades 5-8. Players will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure that they are being challenged to their maximum potential. 
 
Each session will end with Live Competition where players will use the skills they worked on in the training session and apply them in full speed, game scenarios.
